You%26#39;ve put together a good itinerary. I might have subtracted one less night on Cape Cod and added one more night to Boston, but there%26#39;s really not much to nitpik. Since you%26#39;re spending quite a bit of your holiday on Cape Cod, it wouldn%26#39;t hurt to take a daytrip to Martha%26#39;s Vineyard, Nantucket, or both! Have a great trip!

We had not planned on spending so much time on Cape Cod - originally the plan was to head out to Cape Cod on Sat 4th - and spend Tues-Sat in Boston. However so many T/A advisors warned us to get out to Cape Cod as early as possible (traffic, long weekend etc.) - so that is the only reason we are staying in Falmouth for 2 nights before getting our rental house. I certainly plan to go to Martha%26#39;s vineyard -we are wondering if Nantucket is worth the cost - as we have 4 adult fares to pay. I dont have a lot of activity planned - so I had better get cracking at that. Whale watching and a Chatham game is about as much as I have researched.

You don%26#39;t have to sacrifice two days just to miss the traffic. Leave Saturday at 6 or 7 AM and you%26#39;ll be okay.

Alanm, Are you sure. I feel we are spending too long in Cape Cod myself - would love the extra day or 2 in Boston. Even to leave on Fri morning early.

Hi

A great itinerary, we did something similar last month. Would highly recommend you do the Kanc highway in North Conway and try to visit Newport in Rhode Island or Mystic in Connecticut on your way from the Cape to N Conway.

Jurys is in a great position as it is central to Copley Place (5 mins walk) and Boston Common/sights etc (less than 10 to Boston Common) .

Have a fabulous time.

Ur gonna miss some major celebrations in Boston on 4th July... the atmosphere will be fabulous !!

If you leave around 6 AM, I am positive you won%26#39;t run into anything. Hopefully, you%26#39;ll be saying ';I can%26#39;t believe he sent me so early, %26#39;cause there%26#39;s no traffic';. That IS the idea. Good luck!

Alan is correct. I%26#39;ve left for the Cape on the Saturday of July 4th and Labor Day weekends and as long as it%26#39;s by 7am, it%26#39;s smooth sailing.

Ok - did it. Changed the 2 nights in Falmouth back to 1. We would have been penalised if I cancelled the full booking. We will leave really early on Fri morning.
