What%26#39;s the best and most affordable hotel in downtown boston?
Thank you
A hotel in downtown boston
Now there is a loaded question!!
Usually the two criteria you are looking for vary inversely, but post your price range and maybe someone can provide a better answer to your question...
A hotel in downtown boston
The two hotels that are usually the most reasonably priced and that we can recommend are the Holiday Inn Beacon Hill and the Midtown Hotel. These obviously are not the best hotels in the city, but are clean, safe and in good locations.
The price range would be up to $150... The main thing is to be a safe hotel and in a safe area. In downtown or very very close to the downtown.
Thanks
Alan%26#39;s post above would be a good starting point.
What are your dates of travel and how many people are in your party?
The mentioned hotels are the constant best deals.
The luck of the draw can get you better deals. Check out recent posts about specials at the Nine Zero.
Priceline can get you a good deal at The Langham.
It would also help to know what you%26#39;re coming to Boston to do, as ';downtown'; is a broad term that probably doesn%26#39;t mean the area where you actually want to stay in Boston. Most visitors prefer Back Bay or the Waterfront to downtown (Financial District).
Thanks all for ur help and replies. Actually, I%26#39;m looking to do the fowllowing activities in Boston: Ducktour, Whale Watching, Bike tours, Top of the hub, The Museuem of Science.
Thanks again
Please give Priceline and Hotwire a look. We just booked the Marriott Long Wharf for 2 nights in July for $95 a night plus tax via Priceline and hints from Better Bidding. Now, I just hope we aren%26#39;t in the service quarters for the evening. :) Good Luck.
