Shopping

Hi

Can someone please recommend the best shopping places in Boston.

I like malls, really enjoy looking round Macy%26#39;s and other department stores. We are staying in the Back Bay area, perhaps someone could direct us to the nearest shopping complex.

I have heard about Wrentham outlet is this worth a visit? How far from Boston would this be?

Any suggestions, help would be appreciated. Thanks

The two big malls in the Downtown Area are located near you: Copley Place, the upscale mall, and the Prudential Center. They are connected with a glass-enclosed walkway.

Also near you is our street of boutiques, art galleries, etc., called Newbury Street. Near the Massachusetts Avenue intersection is a Best Buy Store for electronics.

Many UK folks love going to the Wrentham Outlets. They are about an hour southwest of the city and you can take a bus from your hotel for $36 each, round-trip.

Which hotel are you staying in we stayed at The Lenox and about 2 - 3 blocks away you will find Marshall%26#39;s a bit like TK Max over here, and Feilines%26#39;.In Macy%26#39;s show your passport at customer services we were then given a card which entitled us to 11% discount on everything.

If you do go to Wrentham at the customer service desk if you are a member of the AA you can get a book of discount coupons or alternatively you can purchase one, whilst there eat at Ruby Tuesdays%26#39; good food and reasonably priced, back in Boston try The Pourhouse on Boylston.Other posters to the site have mentioned Cambridge Side Galleria which is the last stop on the T but i%26#39;m not sure which one, did noy go there last time know doubt DW will be going when we visit in July.
