Red Sox tickets for 24th July?

We will be in Boston on 23rd July and would like to go to the game on 24th, should we get the tickets from the stadium as we have heard a few tickets will be on sale on the day of the game, or buy online beforehand? Can anyone recommend any sites, already looked at Stubhub.

Right now nothing is on sale from the Red Sox website for that date. You can continue to check back as they do release tickets as you get nearer to the date. You can stand in line the day of and see if you get lucky that way - but you will have to dedicate some time to that. Or lastly, check stubhub, and acetickets.com.

If you definitely want to go to the game get your tickets beforehand. Acetickets.com is the official ticket reseller. I believe you can pick the tickets up at their office near Fenway. I understand getting them shipped internationally can be a problem.

Many Red Sox tickets sold on StubHub can be emailed to you immediately after you purchase the ticket (they are makred on the site). You simply print out the ticket at home and bring your printout to the game - it gets scanned by the guys at the gate and you are in. Can%26#39;t beat that for convenience.

If you buy from Stubhub you are going to pay more than face value for the ticket plus a commission to Stubhub. They do have a guarantee that in the unlikely event the tickets are not good at the gate you will get your money back. I have bought several times from Stubhub to see the Red Sox at other venues besides Fenway and it%26#39;s always worked out. If you really want to see a game and can%26#39;t get them directly from the box office don%26#39;t be afraid to use Stubhub. I just wouldn%26#39;t buy from someone on the street.
